Request for Application Analysis
There are several ways to submit a request for an application analysis, or technical proposal. Our Application Analysis Input Form may be completed and submitted online, or it may be printed, completed, and then faxed or mailed.

Those who are familiar with our specific Application Analysis Input forms, also called Inflatable Packer Application Data Sheets, or IPADS, can choose the form that best fits the application for which they are requesting an analysis, and then complete and submit the form online. Optionally, the forms may be printed, completed, and faxed or mailed. The specific IPADS are listed below:
