TAM Smart FREECAP
Posted December 7, 2018
Providing reliable zonal isolation in dynamic thermal wells is a great challenge, particularly when instrumentation is installed in each zone. TAM Canada is pleased to announce the results of a long running thermal well isolation project. TAM Smart FREECAP packers were deployed against several competitor products in a test to assess ease of installation, swell performance, and long term isolation capacity. The results show that TAM is the only vendor to provide proven long term zonal isolation in thermal environments (confirmed by the instrumentation in each zone). TAM Smart FREECAP packers are engineered for easy installation, saving time and money on SAGD and other thermal installations. Contact TAM at This email address is being protected from spambots.
